Studio
Studio Sève is a Lisbon-based design studio specialising in the objects and operational details of luxury hospitality.
Inspired by the concept of sève, the sap that flows silently through a living organism, the studio works on a discreet yet essential layer: the one that connects design, operation and guest experience. Product development, curation and a selected network of artisans come together in objects where every detail matters.
THE MISSING LAYER
Interior design sets the atmosphere. Operations set the rhythm. In between sits everything a guest touches, uses and remembers. That layer is our work.

These elements are often specified late or treated as purely operational, yet they are among the closest points of contact between a guest and a hospitality brand.
Studio Sève treats this layer as a design discipline of its own, bringing together aesthetics, function and durability with an understanding of daily service.
BEHIND THE STUDIO
The
Profile
Co-founded by Danielle Tótola, a Lisbon-based architect and designer, together with Fernando Alves, Studio Sève brings together design, hospitality and business.
Danielle leads the studio’s creative direction, bringing more than fifteen years across hospitality, F&B, interior and product development, with projects in Portugal, Brazil and the Middle East, working alongside architecture practices, hotel operators and restaurateurs. Fernando leads the business and management side of the studio, shaping the structure that allows ideas to move from concept into reality.
Together, they created Sève around a space they repeatedly saw missing in hospitality projects: the layer between design intent and day-to-day operation.

BORN IN THE STUDIO
Sève Objects
It brings together objects selected from established brands and independent artisans, original designs developed by the studio and collaborations with people whose work we admire. Organised in chapters, the collection moves through the different moments of hospitality, from the table and bar to service, the guest room and the quiet details in between.
