1. About us

studio-seve.com (the "Website") is operated by Craft Hub, Lda., trading as Studio Sève, a private limited company registered in Portugal under NIPC and VAT number PT518005305, with share capital of €1.000,00 and registered office at Rua Plácido de Abreu, 10, 1495-152 Algés, Oeiras, Portugal ("Studio Sève", "we", "us" or "our"). 2. Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website and the information, content and services offered through it (the "Services"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy & Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Where you use the Website on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Professional use

Studio Sève offers curation, sourcing and hospitality objects to businesses, namely hotels, restaurants and other hospitality professionals. Our offering is directed exclusively at businesses acting within their trade or profession. If you are a consumer, please contact us before placing any order.

4. Trade accounts

Access to trade pricing and online ordering may require a trade account, which we grant at our discretion. You must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure and for all activity under your account, and you may not transfer your account to anyone else.

5. Products and information

We make every effort to present our products accurately. However, colours and finishes may appear differently depending on your screen, and handcrafted and natural materials may show variations that are inherent to their character and are not defects. Images and descriptions are indicative, and specifications, availability and ranges may change without notice.

6. Quotations, orders and prices

Any order you place is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. An order is only accepted once we confirm it in writing and, where applicable, once the agreed payment has been received.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are in euros and exclude VAT, shipping, handling, customs duties and import charges. Prices may change without notice; the price applicable is the one stated in the quotation or order confirmation.

Minimum order quantities, customisation, lead times, payment terms, delivery conditions and returns are set out in each quotation, order confirmation or in our trade terms. In case of conflict, those specific conditions prevail over these Terms for the order concerned. Customised or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Delivery and risk

Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk passes to you in accordance with the delivery terms (e.g. Incoterms) stated in the order confirmation or, in their absence, upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including the Studio Sève name and logo, text, images, graphics, videos and the selection and arrangement of content, is owned by Craft Hub, Lda. or its licensors and is protected by Portuguese, European and international intellectual property law. Products and designs by third-party makers remain the property of their respective owners.

You may view the Website for your own professional reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or otherwise use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to: infringe our rights or the rights of others; transmit false, misleading, offensive or unlawful content; send spam or unsolicited promotional material; impersonate any person or entity; upload viruses or malicious code; or interfere with or circumvent the security or proper functioning of the Website.

You may not use robots, scrapers, data-extraction tools or automated agents (including AI agents) to access, copy or collect content or data from the Website without our prior written consent. Any authorised automated agent must identify itself as such and must not attempt to circumvent measures designed to limit automated access.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Website or to an account, without notice, in case of breach of these Terms.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or give access to third-party tools. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

11. Feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas or feedback, you grant us a free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use them to operate and improve our Services, without any obligation of confidentiality or compensation.

12. Disclaimer

The information on the Website is provided for general information purposes. To the extent permitted by law, the Website is provided "as is" and "as available", and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses. We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time, including in prices and product information.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, business or data, arising from the use of the Website. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for that order.

These limitations do not apply to any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Portuguese law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights in connection with your use of the Website.

15. Relationship with Shopify

Studio Sève is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Studio Sève. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Studio Sève, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Studio Sève.

16. Privacy

Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy. As the Website is hosted by Shopify, certain personal data is also processed by Shopify in accordance with its own privacy policy.

17. General

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Headings are for convenience only.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing the revised version on the Website. Changes apply from the date of publication and do not affect orders already accepted.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute arising from them shall be submitted to the courts of the judicial district of Lisbon, Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory rules of jurisdiction.
